This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role that goes beyond NetSuite administration, focused on removing manual work from the AR team and making sure financial data lands where it belongs.</span></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(35, 39, 46);">You'll own Celigo outright, including its existing connections to Salesforce and our internal lease attribution system, as well as the Stripe billing integration currently in development. You will sit inside Revenue and Billing Operations and partner closely with Accounting, AR, and Revenue Systems.</span></div><div><br></div><h3><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">What You'll Do</strong></h3><div><br></div><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Serve as the technical owner of Celigo, building and maintaining the integrations that connect NetSuite to Stripe, Salesforce, Bill.com, ADP, and Ramp.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Own the Stripe to Celigo to NetSuite billing flow supporting our self-serve product, from build through production support.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Write and maintain SuiteScript, including scheduled scripts, map and reduce scripts, workflows, custom records, custom fields, and saved searches.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Build error handling, alerting, and automated reconciliation checks so integration failures surface before they reach close rather than during it.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Automate manual processes currently performed by the Billing and AR teams, and be able to show the before and after.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Configure NetSuite to support billing, invoicing, dispute resolution, and cash collection, including fields, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Develop and maintain integrations to customer payment portals such as Coupa, Yardi RentCafe, and AvidXchange.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Support sales tax automation tooling and keep tax logic consistent across billing systems.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Support finance system configuration in partnership with Accounting across systems such as Bill.com, Ramp, Expensify, FloQast, Egencia and ADP, and alongside the Celigo integrations that connect them.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Own the Jira intake queue for finance systems issues and automate recurring causes rather than absorbing them as workload. Manage vendor support cases through to resolution.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Manage sandbox provisioning, environment configuration, credentials, and deployment discipline across environments.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Support the Company’s external audit to drive timely and accurate delivery of requests to ensure overall success of the audit and ability to meet committed deadlines. </span></li></ul><div><br></div><h3><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">What You Bring</strong></h3><div><br></div><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">3 to 5 years in finance or business systems, including at least 3 years hands-on with NetSuite beyond administration.</span></li><li class=""><strong style="background-color: transparent;">Demonstrated experience building custom flows in Celigo integrator.io</strong><span style="background-color: transparent;"> or a comparable iPaaS.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">SuiteScript and JavaScript proficiency, with the judgment to know when a problem belongs in script versus in the integration layer.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Working experience with REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, and file-based data transfer.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Accounting literacy sufficient to translate a request from Finance or Accounting into a system configuration: debits and credits, subledger to GL flow, quote-to-cash, revenue recognition mechanics, and the close cadence. We're looking for a Financial Systems Engineer to build and maintain the integrations and automation that power Apartment List's finance systems. What You'll Do

What You Bring

3 to 5 years in finance or business systems, including at least 3 years hands-on with NetSuite beyond administration.
