The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D animations and motion graphics that align with brand guidelines and project objectives across digital platforms.</p><p> </p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Design and produce <strong>3D motion graphics and animations</strong> for marketing, social media, websites, presentations, and video content</li><li>Develop concepts, storyboards, and visual ideas in collaboration with creative and marketing teams</li><li>Create realistic and stylized <strong>3D models, lighting, textures, and renders</strong></li><li>Animate characters, products, environments, and visual effects as required</li><li>Ensure consistency in quality, style, and branding across all projects</li><li>Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote work environment</li><li>Incorporate feedback efficiently and make revisions when needed</li><li>Stay updated with the latest <strong>3D design and motion trends</strong></li></ul><h2>Job Requirements</h2><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Minimum <strong>3 years of proven experience</strong> as a 3D Motion Designer or similar role</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing <strong>3D animation, motion design, and rendering</strong> work</li><li>Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as:</li><li>Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya</li><li>After Effects</li><li>Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and composition</li><li>Experience with lighting, texturing, shading, and rendering</li><li>Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams</li><li>Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills</li></ul>
