<p><strong>Job description: </strong></p><ul><li>Handle end-to-end UAE company incorporation processes:</li><li>Mainland (DED)</li><li>Free Zones (Ajman, Meydan, SPC, IFZA, RAKEZ, etc.)<br/><strong>Advise clients on:</strong></li><li>Business activities</li><li>Legal structures</li><li>Jurisdiction selection</li><li>Licensing costs and timelines</li><li>Coordinate with UAE authorities, free zones, and internal teams to ensure smooth setup.</li></ul><p><br/><strong>Corporate Bank Account Opening</strong></p><ul><li>Manage UAE corporate bank account opening for new and existing companies.</li><li>Prepare and review bank documentation including:</li><li>KYC</li><li>Business plans</li><li>Source of funds</li><li>Shareholder profiles</li><li>Track application status and follow up until account activation.</li></ul><p><br/><strong>Client & Documentation Management</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure accuracy and compliance of all documents.</li><li>Maintain proper records and CRM updates.</li><li>Respond to client queries professionally and clearly.</li><li>Support sales and operations teams with technical guidance when required.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience</li><li>Prior experience working with: UAE business setup firms, consultancies, or corporate services providers</li><li><strong>strong understanding of: </strong> </li><li>Mainland vs Free Zone structure </li><li>UAE compliance and documentation requirements</li><li>Excellent English communication (spoken & written)</li><li>Ability to work with UAE timelines and stakeholders remotely</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience working with UAE-based companies or clients</li><li>Familiarity with multiple UAE free zones</li><li>CRM or documentation system experience</li><li>Background in corporate services, legal support, or compliance is a plus</li></ul>
