<p>We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our client as a remote consultant. The ideal candidate will support financial planning, reporting, and business advisory functions to drive performance, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes</p></li><li><p>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports</p></li><li><p>Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and profitability studies</p></li><li><p>Manage cash flow planning, liquidity monitoring, and expense control</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies</p></li><li><p>Advise management on financial strategy, cost optimization, and risk mitigation</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Review and optimize financial processes, controls, and procedures</p></li><li><p>Support strategic projects and business decisions with data-driven insights</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or professional certification is a plus: CPA, CMA, ACCA)</p></li><li><p>7+ years of experience in finance management, consulting, or corporate finance</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial compliance frameworks</p></li><li><p>Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling</p></li><li><p>Excellent proficiency in Excel and financial systems/ERP tools</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and advisory skills</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English; strong communication and presentation abilities</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Work Conditions</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Remote role, based in Egypt</p></li><li><p>Ability to attend virtual meetings with regional/international stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Flexible working hours when required</p></li></ul>
