This role is essential in ensuring the financial health of the business through accurate record-keeping, timely payments, and compliance with Saudi financial regulations, including taxes and zakat.  </p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoices and payments.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.</li><li>Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.</li><li>Monitor and report on cash flow and budget performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Saudi tax and zakat regulations; support preparation and submission of returns.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate general ledger entries and journal entries.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure accurate financial tracking of inventory and events.</li></ul><h3><strong>Job Requirements </strong></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum <strong>5</strong><strong> to 7 years</strong> of accounting experience, preferably with<strong> exposure to the Saudi market.</strong></li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and<strong> tax/zakat regulations in KSA</strong>.</li><li>Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li></ul>
