You will engage with potential clients, understand their language service needs, and deliver tailored solutions that support their global communication goals. This role requires strong B2B sales capabilities, relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to market expansion.</p><p><strong>Work Location: Egypt (Remote)</strong></p><h2>Job Description</h2><ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators in the execution of localization projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Pollion’s quality standards.</li><li>Oversee the end-to-end management of multiple, concurrent localization projects, from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.</li><li>Develop and implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to optimize team performance and project outcomes.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and addressing any issues or escalations promptly.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between linguists, engineers, content creators, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.</li><li>Monitor project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges or delays.</li><li>Analyze project metrics and performance data to drive continuous improvement in processes, resource allocation, and client satisfaction.</li><li>Support business development efforts by contributing to project proposals, resource planning, and client presentations.</li><li>Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, professional growth, and innovation within the project management team.</li><li>Ensure all localization deliverables adhere to industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory compliance.</li></ul><h2>Job Requirements</h2><ul><li>3- 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on localization or multilingual content delivery.</li><li>Proven track record of leading and developing project teams in a remote or distributed work environment.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Experience working with project management tools and localization platforms.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Solid understanding of localization workflows, industry standards, and best practices.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.</li><li>Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.</li></ul>
