The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in technical office functions and be able to start immediately. This role will be fully remote and will support project planning, documentation, and technical coordination.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Prepare and review technical drawings, shop drawings, and project documentation.</p></li><li><p>Develop BOQs, material take-offs, and technical submittals.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants to ensure technical compliance.</p></li><li><p>Review project specifications, contracts, and design documents.</p></li><li><p>Prepare method statements, technical reports, and project schedules.</p></li><li><p>Support project planning, cost control, and progress tracking.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all technical documentation is organized and updated.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical support during project execution and close-out.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>3 to 5 years of experience in a technical office or project engineering role.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Excel).</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of project documentation, BOQs, and technical submittals.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently in a remote environment.</p></li><li><p>Immediate availability is required.</p></li></ul>
