Responsible for managing complex cases including condolence management, QMCSO compliance, benefit appeals, POA documentation, and Medicare L564 requests. Ensures accuracy, compliance with HIPAA, IRS, and CMS regulations, and maintains workflow continuity. Supports process improvements and mentors junior staff.
