Delivers technical projects by managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, financial management and stakeholder expectations and reporting. Works on large-scope technical programs with minimal supervision, resolving most delivery challenges independently. Communicates with engineering, product, business, and executive stakeholders to manage delivery commitments and drive program outcomes. Responsible for making substantial improvements to project management practices, delivery frameworks, and program governance standards.</p></div></div></div><p><br /><b>Duties & Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Delivers technical projects by managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, financial management and stakeholder expectations and reporting.</p></li><li><p>Develops integrated program plans, milestone schedules, risk registers, and governance routines that maintain delivery visibility and stakeholder alignment.</p></li><li><p>Coordinates cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, data, and business teams to resolve blockers and maintain program momentum.</p></li><li><p>Delivers program risks and issues by applying structured escalation frameworks and facilitating decision-making with appropriate stakeholder involvement.</p></li><li><p>Produces executive-ready program status reporting, delivery dashboards, and decision briefings that communicate progress, risks, and required actions.</p></li><li><p>Drives improvements to project management practices, delivery frameworks, and program governance standards to improve execution quality and consistency.</p></li><li><p>Guides less experienced project managers on planning methods, risk management, and stakeholder communication practices.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.</p></li><li><p>4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related field required.</p></li><li><p>Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent preferred.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work well both independently as well as within a team oriented environment</p></li><li><p>Strong experience with budget, team and project management</p></li><li><p>Excellent written & verbal communication skills</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b><b><b>What Cencora offers</b></b></b></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>We provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
