<p><strong>Description of Role: </strong><br>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining accurate recruitment data. The ideal candidate is very organized, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels</li> <li>Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience</li> <li>Maintain and update our applicant tracking system and recruitment records</li> <li>Post job openings to various job boards and internal platforms</li> <li>Assist HR Team with resume screening and candidate follow-up</li> <li>Coordinate background checks and reference checks</li> <li>Prepare and send offer letters and other hiring documents</li> <li>Support onboarding activities as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)</li> <li>2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple competing tasks and deadlines</li> <li> <div>Ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.</div> </li> <li> <div>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS)</div> </li> <li> <div>Prior experience coordinating recruitment in a high-volume or fast-paced environment strongly preferred</div> </li> <li> <div>Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices</div> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation</strong></p> <p>The hourly range for this position is $35.00 to $50.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and job knowledge. </p> <p>Contractors engaged through Centessa are employed through a third-party agency that serves as the employer of record and provides access to a comprehensive benefits package. Eligible contractors may enroll in medical plans, including PPO and EPO options, as well as dental and vision coverage after 30 days.
