<p>We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join the Consultec team. You are passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You combine strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of user experience principles, and you are comfortable transforming business requirements and complex workflows into simple, effective, and scalable interfaces.</p><p>This is a remote position.</p><p>Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is mandatory, as the role requires frequent communication and collaboration with international teams and clients.</p><h3>You will:</h3><ul><li><p>Design intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications.</p></li><li><p>Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into effective UX/UI solutions.</p></li><li><p>Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.</p></li><li><p>Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Define interaction patterns and ensure consistency across digital products.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.</p></li><li><p>Work with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.</p></li><li><p>Participate in discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement-gathering activities with clients and internal teams.</p></li><li><p>Identify usability issues and continuously improve the user experience based on feedback, analytics, and testing.</p></li><li><p>Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.</p></li><li><p>Present and communicate design concepts, decisions, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the continuous improvement of UX/UI processes, methodologies, and standards.</p></li></ul><h3>Ideally, you'd have:</h3><ul><li><p>At least 3 years of relevant experience in UX/UI design, Product Design, or Digital Product Design.</p></li><li><p>Strong hands-on experience with Figma and modern design and prototyping tools.</p></li><li><p>Solid knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.</p></li><li><p>Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.</p></li><li><p>Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of design systems, reusable components, and UI consistency.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG.</p></li><li><p>Experience conducting user research, interviews, usability testing, and design validation.</p></li><li><p>Ability to translate complex business processes into simple and intuitive user experiences.</p></li><li><p>Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, QA, and business teams in Agile/Scrum environments.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or complex digital products is highly valued.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual design sensibility.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with distributed or global teams.</p></li></ul>
