The FRM will deliver education, troubleshoot complex reimbursement challenges, and work collaboratively across functions to ensure successful initiation and continuation of therapy for appropriate patients.</p> <p>FRMs are natural problem-solvers and relationship-builders who thrives in a dynamic, patient-centric environment. They bring deep knowledge of the access landscape and excel at navigating payer policies, benefits verifications, prior authorizations, and reimbursement and access logistics.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Support Patient Access &amp; Pull-Through</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist HCP offices with navigating reimbursement processes, including collection of missing information, conducting benefits investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and product fulfillment through SPs</li> <li>Work closely with the Corcept HUB to resolve specific patient case issues, including those related to delayed, cancelled, or discontinued enrollments</li> <li>Facilitate patient access by coordinating with SPs, HUB case managers, payers, and other stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>Educate &amp; In-Service</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct in-services and educational sessions with HCP staff on the Corcept access pathway, patient support services, the HUB, and the Specialty Pharmacy network</li> <li>Serve as the access and reimbursement resource for your territory, keeping stakeholders informed of evolving payer policies and access dynamics</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with Clinical Sales Specialists to align on account strategy and provide insights into access-related challenges and opportunities</li> <li>Participate in territory and national team calls, contributing local insights to shape strategy and support continuous improvement</li> <li>Provide feedback to Market Access leadership and National Accounts Team on regional access trends, issues, and payer policy shifts</li> </ul> <p><strong>Territory Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Balance in-field visits with virtual engagement and territory-level case management</li> <li>Analyze territory data to identify access barriers, enrollment issues, or gaps in support, and develop action plans to address them</li> <li>Track and support patients throughout the access journey, from enrollment to fulfillment and therapy continuation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Technical Proficiencies:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deep understanding of the U.S. reimbursement environment, including specialty pharmacy distribution models</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex patient access issues with professionalism and urgency</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly</li> <li>High degree of emotional intelligence and adaptability in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment</li> <li>Proficient with MS Office, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools</li> <li>Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills</li> <li>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within assigned territory</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Education and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree&nbsp;</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech reimbursement, market access, patient services, or a related field</li> <li>Proven experience working with SPs, HUBs, payers, and healthcare providers in a field-based capacity</li> <li>Experience in rare disease or endocrinology therapeutic areas</li> <li>Familiarity with Korlym or Relacorilant access pathways&nbsp;</li> <li>Bilingual (depending on region)&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position is $165,000 - $205,000;
