You'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining our software solutions, working with a varied technology stack, and ensuring that our products are functional, efficient, reliable, and scalable.</p> <p>By joining us, you're not just choosing a job; you're aligning with a vision that values the human side of tech, where your skills and passion are recognized, nurtured, and celebrated.</p> <h2><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Strong QA fundamentals, with experience validating web applications and identifying functional and technical issues</li> <li>Strong SQL and T-SQL skills, with the ability to write and interpret queries for data validation and troubleshooting</li> <li>Basic hands-on experience with test automation using Playwright and TypeScript, including writing and maintaining E2E test specs</li> <li>Understanding of modern web application concepts and Next.js, with the ability to follow application flows and investigate frontend issues</li> <li>Experience using Datadog to analyze logs and Real User Monitoring (RUM) data for production issue investigation</li> <li>Experience with Jira and Confluence for ticket management, QA documentation, estimates, and test notes</li> <li>Ability to investigate issues independently, understand dependencies, review historical context, and make informed QA decisions</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills</li> <li>Clear and proactive communication, with the ability to surface findings, blockers, risks, and questions without requiring follow-up</li> <li>Strong autonomy and judgment, with the ability to operate within established QA processes </li> <li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with developers, Product Owners, and multiple product stakeholders</li> </ul> <h4>Ensure product quality through hands-on functional testing, data validation, production troubleshooting, and lightweight test automation.
