Join us in connecting people to commerce in this vital, rewarding role.</p> <p>The Senior Project Manager leads project teams from design to delivery while leveraging knowledge, expertise and project management skills to direct team members, resolving issues and ensuring achievement of project goals. Plans, organizes, secures and manages resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. Facilitates engagement of project team members and ensures all project phases are designed, executed and delivered in a manner that meets customer expectations. Facilitates cross-functional teams, ensuring execution of defined deliverables and driving key decisions.</p> <ul><li>Provides Project Management for medium to large projects within a functional, operational or technical area.</li><li>Works with cross-functional project team members to define, sequence and estimate activities and duration.</li><li>Synthesizes diverse sets of information into plans and schedules.</li><li>Manages the project P&L </li><li>Estimates resources, cost and other budget needs.</li><li>a all phases of project execution.</li><li>Facilitates face-to-face communication and project feedback, from the initial kickoff through milestone reporting and close-out.</li><li>Ensures effective cross-functional participation.</li></ul> <p> </p><ul><li>Diploma or equivalent work experience required.</li><li>Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Project and Program Management.</li><li>Good Business English skills (Written and spoken)</li><li>Ability to leverage Microsoft Office Suite for complex tasks such as pivot tables, mail merges, and dynamic presentations.</li></ul><p> </p><p>We are Armed Forces friendly.
