Schedule:

This is a full-time commitment requiring availability for occasional Saturday shifts as operational needs dictate. Candidates should demonstrate readiness to provide adaptable coverage during peak periods and major project rollouts.

Position Summary

The Strategic Outreach Agent serves as a versatile communication specialist tasked with driving vital Customer Experience goals through dedicated phone, SMS, and email outreach. In this capacity, you will fuse superior service with a consultative approach to inform, connect with, and support patients, ensuring a high-touch, concierge-level experience. As an integral part of the CX Branch, you will undergo extensive cross-training to facilitate various team objectives, pilot programs, and strategic tasks as our organizational requirements change.

Qualifications

Proven history in service-oriented roles; outbound or sales experience is a distinct advantage.
Background in clinical care, lifestyle coaching, dietetics, fitness, or similar patient-centric fields is preferred.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant asset.
