THE MISSION: DIGITAL CONCIERGE & TECHNICAL EXPERT As a Brand Ambassador, you represent the peak of automotive innovation. Your goal is to provide seamless, premium solutions that match the high quality of the cars themselves. Bespoke Client Relations: Serve as the dedicated contact for Danish clients regarding vehicle features, high-tech systems, and personalized service requests. Technical Advisory: Guide owners through digital features, including infotainment systems, EV charging, and remote software updates. Mobility Solutions: Coordinate roadside assistance and high-priority services with total precision to keep the client's journey moving. Refined Communication: Manage interactions via phone, email, and chat using a sophisticated and professional Danish style. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records to help build and sustain lifelong relationships between the brand and its customers. THE IDEAL PROFILE: POISE & PROFESSIONALISM We are looking for top-tier communicators who embody the discretion and excellence of a luxury heritage brand. Linguistic Authority: Native or near-native Danish (C1/C2) is mandatory. Professional English (B2) is required for internal corporate communication. Luxury Service Mindset: A natural talent for high-end service and the ability to speak with high-profile clients with total composure.
