<div> <p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Production Support Engineer – Connect &amp; RAMP</p> <p><strong>Key Skills:</strong> Oracle DB, SQL, Linux, Splunk, Dynatrace, Jenkins, GitHub, CI/CD, ITIL, Production Support</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong> 3–8 YOE.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> LATAM</p> <p><strong>Mode:</strong>&nbsp; Remote</p> <p>We at <strong>Coforge</strong> are hiring <strong>Production Support Engineer – Connect &amp; RAMP (15124-5-1)</strong> with the following skill set.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Provide production support for US Regional Applications, ensuring continuous monitoring and timely incident resolution.</li> <li>Monitor application and infrastructure performance to minimize downtime and support SLA compliance.</li> <li>Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing server and application logs.</li> <li>Use Splunk and other monitoring tools to proactively identify issues and accelerate incident resolution.</li> <li>Write and execute SQL queries for data investigation and troubleshooting.</li> <li>Support application deployments using Jenkins and use GitHub for code review and debugging activities.</li> <li>Participate in ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and RFC/Change Management.</li> <li>Configure monitoring alerts and dashboards and contribute to alert optimization.</li> <li>Support the setup of tools and required infrastructure.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>3–8 years of relevant experience in Production Support or Application Support.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Oracle Database.</li> <li>Strong SQL skills, including DDL and DML queries, joins, aggregate functions, and CASE statements.</li> <li>Experience working with Linux-based infrastructure and cloud services.</li> <li>Strong monitoring, troubleshooting, and server log debugging skills.</li> <li>Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and/or Dynatrace.</li> <li>Experience creating alerts and dashboards and optimizing monitoring alerts.</li> <li>Experience working with ITIL processes, including Incidents, Problems, and RFCs.</li> <li>Experience with GitHub for code debugging and Jenkins for deployments.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience supporting business-critical production applications.</li> <li>Familiarity with CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines.</li> <li>Experience in proactive application monitoring and incident prevention.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Posted On:</strong> 16-10-2026</p> <p><em><strong>At Coforge, we hire professionals based solely on their skills and do not discriminate based on age, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or nationality.</strong></em></p> </div>
