If you are a closer who wants an uncapped commission-based career where you can truly write your own paycheck, we will invest in your success from day one.</p> <p><strong>Compensation &amp; Schedule</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Location: </strong>100% Fully Remote (Camera usage required for training and team meetings).</li> <li><strong>Pay: </strong>100% Commission (Average earnings: $125,000 – $150,000/year).</li> <li><strong>Hours: </strong>Thursday–Monday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM CST (Sunday hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST).</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Handle 100–150 inbound and outbound calls per day to prospective customers.</li> <li>Identify customer needs and sell vehicle service contracts to protect their investments.</li> <li>Master the "one-call close" by effectively overcoming objections.</li> <li>Collaborate with a supportive management team backed by 50 years of combined training experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Look For</strong></p> <ul> <li>1–3 years of commission-based or call-center sales experience.</li> <li>A competitive, resilient mindset with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.</li> <li>Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.</li> <li>Comfortable using computers and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).</li> <li>High school diploma or GED required.</li> </ul> <p><span data-teams="true"><em>Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check. Endurance is an E-Verify employer.</em></span></p> <p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sitting or standing for extended periods; repetitive motions; use hands to handle equipment or controls; reach with hands and arms; typing on keyboard; viewing computer screen extended periods; speak clearly and hearing</li> <li>Regular use of typical office equipment, computer software, programs, and methods of communication such as a computer, e-mail, phone system, and messaging.</li> <li>In a remote work environment, being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner is an essential function of the job.
