This position entails serving as a technical leader, sharing knowledge, and ensuring efficient and professional handling of daily client requests, issues, and complaints. Additionally, this role facilitates effective communication between clients and the Eurofins global network while administering relevant programs to ensure compliance, safety, and quality in Softline products.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Technical Support &amp; Guidance</strong><ul><li>Provide expert advice on testing protocols, procedures, and results to address customer inquiries.</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with internal teams to offer effective, timely resolutions.</li><li>Serve as the technical liaison between clients and the Eurofins global network, ensuring clarity and consistency of information.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Regulatory &amp; Compliance</strong><ul><li>Stay informed of current regulatory, safety, and quality performance requirements (e.g., CPSIA, Prop 65).</li><li>Communicate relevant regulatory updates and compliance guidelines to clients and internal teams.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Client Collaboration &amp; Development</strong><ul><li>Assist clients in developing and updating specifications and procedures for both new and existing products.</li><li>Participate in retailers&#x2019; seasonal product line reviews and product development meetings to identify potential issues and offer technical recommendations.</li><li>Support clients on special projects, including system updates and material development procedures, and assist in training their teams.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Training &amp; Knowledge Sharing</strong><ul><li>Facilitate periodic training sessions for internal business development (BD) teams, providing technical updates and best practices.</li><li>Attend scientific workshops, seminars, and corporate training sessions to expand expertise across diverse product categories.</li><li>Offer technical and safety presentations to clients as needed.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Engagement</strong><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, BD, Operations) to align technical services with overall business goals.</li><li>Leverage technical expertise to identify new service opportunities and support business growth.</li></ul></li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><p><strong>Basic Minimum Education Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#x2019;s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Materials Science, Textile Chemistry, Textiles, Fiber, Polymer Science or closely related field.</li></ul><p><strong>Basic Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>softlines</strong> or hardlines products<ul><li>Experience in textiles</li><li>Expereince in Consumer Products</li></ul></li><li>Proven experience in collaborating with industry standards organizations and technical committees such as ASTM, AATCC, AAFA, and JPMA.</li><li>Demonstrated product integrity or quality assurance experience in <strong>textiles</strong>, footwear, or chemicals.</li><li>Familiarity with CPSIA, Prop 65, and other consumer product regulations&#x2014;or a strong desire and aptitude to learn these regulations.</li><li>Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship</li></ul><p><strong><u>The Ideal Candidate Possesses the Following:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of textile and footwear testing methodologies and quality standards.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication abilities.</li><li>Proven aptitude for learning and applying new regulations and standards quickly.</li><li>Team player with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p>Position is full-time working <strong>remote&#xa0;</strong><u>Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm</u>, with overtime as needed.&#xa0;
