<p>Description</p><p>Exalt Health, an acute rehabilitation hospital, provides an intensive rehabilitation program, and admitted patients must be able to tolerate three hours of intense rehabilitation services per day. Focused on caring for patients with complex rehabilitative needs such as stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, head trauma, medically debilitation conditions, neurological disorders, cardio-pulmonary amputations, orthopedic injuries, and multiple major traumas.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>Corporate Director, Marketing Operations will serve as a strategic, operations-minded leader of the corporate marketing initiatives and support the success of the Clinical Liaison teams. This role serves as the central resource for marketing operations, admissions process training, business development support, digital brand management, and the launch of a new hospital’s admissions strategy.</p><p><br/></p><p>The Corporate Director, Marketing Operations will lead the training and development of Clinical Liaisons, Business Development Directors, and Admissions Coordinators on key systems, workflows, and operational processes. This position will also oversee corporate marketing assets, social media strategy, website support, referral management platforms, and hospital launch marketing initiatives. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for Clinical Liaisons, Business Development Directors, and Admissions Coordinators. </li><li>Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing and admissions-related systems.</li><li>Create training materials, reference guides, standard operating procedures, and educational resources. </li><li>Monitor system utilization and adoption and identify opportunities for process improvement. </li><li>Partner with hospital leadership to ensure consistent execution of admissions and referral management processes.</li></ul><p>CarePort Referral Management Administrator</p><ul><li>Coordinate and manage CarePort portal setup for all hospitals and referral sources.</li><li>Ensure proper user access, account configuration, and maintenance.</li><li>Support referral source connectivity and workflow optimization.</li><li>Partner with hospital leadership and admissions teams to maximize referral management effectiveness.</li></ul><p>Marketing and Brand Management</p><ul><li>Manage Exalt Health's corporate brand standards across all hospitals and marketing channels.</li><li>Oversee company-wide social media presence, including content planning, publishing, engagement monitoring, brand consistency, SEO initiatives, online reputation management.</li><li>Develop and maintain marketing collateral and digital marketing assets</li><li>Support content creation efforts that promote Exalt Health services, patient outcomes, and community engagement on social media and company website.</li><li>Coordinate website updates, enhancements, and content management, partnering with Corporate IT.</li></ul><p>New Hospital Development & Growth Strategy</p><ul><li>Partner with the Senior Vice President, Hospital Operations to develop and execute market entry strategies for new hospital openings.</li><li>Assist with referral source mapping, Liaison territory mapping, and community engagement planning.</li><li>Coordinate marketing timelines and launch activities associated with new hospital development.</li><li>Support physician outreach, referral source development, and community awareness initiatives during hospital openings.</li><li>Ensure all referral management systems are operational prior to launch.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required.</li><li>Master's degree preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>3 - 5 years of sales, marketing, business development, admissions, or hospital operations experience preferred.</li><li>Experience supporting inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, post-acute care, or healthcare service organizations strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience training and supporting end users on healthcare technology platforms.</li><li>Experience managing multiple projects across geographically dispersed locations.</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</strong></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of healthcare referral management and admissions workflows.</li><li>Experience with healthcare software platforms such as eRehab, WellSky, CarePort, CRM systems, and related applications.</li><li>Strong presentation and training facilitation skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.</li><li>Experience with website content management and social media administration.</li><li>Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to travel as needed to support hospital operations and new facility openings.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical and Travel Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to travel to hospital locations and new hospital development sites as needed.</li><li>Ability to conduct training sessions, presentations, and meetings both in person and virtually.</li><li>Occasional overnight travel may be required.</li></ul><p><br/></p>
