<p><strong>Affiliate Marketing Lead (Southeast Asia)</strong></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are looking for a self-motivated and organized Affiliate Marketing Supervisor to lead our</p><p>affiliate partnership efforts across Southeast Asia markets. Your primary mission is to scout,</p><p>engage, and onboard a diverse range of creators to promote our products through authentic,</p><p>high-engagement content. This is a remote role.</p><p>Your Mission</p><ul><li>Influencer Scouting &amp; Onboarding: Identify and recruit nano, micro, and macro affiliates on TikTok, Meta, Shopee, and Lazada who align with our target profile (primarily female, aged 20-35).</li><li>Partnership Management: Manage earned and barter partnerships with affiliate commissions on major marketplace platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.</li><li>Content Direction: Ensure creators produce fun, genuine, short-form content (15-30s) using trending songs and showing real results (e.g., &quot;Soft &amp; Clean Skin&quot; before/after).</li><li>Data Management: Proactively update a dedicated tracking sheet with prospect list and partnership data for daily &amp; weekly reviews.</li><li>Goal Achievement: Deliver at least 25-30 completed new partnerships per month across assigned markets, overseeing the entire lifecycle from scouting to posting.</li></ul><p><strong>Who We Are Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Experience: Proven experience in influencer outreach, affiliate marketing, or creator scouting, preferably within the beauty niche.</li><li>Platform Expertise: Strong skills in navigating TikTok, Meta social platforms and marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee) to find effective &amp; relevant nano/micro/macro-affiliates.</li><li>Communication: Exceptional communication skills for outreach via DMs, emails, and other channels.</li><li>Traits: Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple markets simultaneously.
