<p><b>Mō te tūranga | About the role</b></p><p>We’re looking for the right person to fill the role of Digital Workspace Training & Support to help roll out SharePoint Digital Workspaces across Fulton Hogan New Zealand as part of our Modern Information Programme. This is a fixed term role until February 2028 that can be based anywhere in New Zealand.</p><p>You’ll work alongside project and change teams to train, coach and support our people through this major digital transformation. It’s a role with plenty of variety; Developing capability content, running training sessions, supporting site teams get ready for go-live and turning feedback into better tools and processes. If you like practical problem solving, working with people, and building capability across teams, this is good work.</p><p></p><p><b>Ngā tino kawenga mahi | Key role responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Deliver online and face-to-face training for end users and workspace owners across New Zealand.</li><li>Support rollout activity across pilot sites and wider business groups, including readiness, go-live and early adoption.</li><li>Create and improve practical learning tools such as guides, FAQs, videos and support content.</li><li>Work closely with site teams, business stakeholders and technical teams to solve issues and build confidence in new ways of working.</li><li>Capture feedback, track learning progress, and help make each rollout smoother than the last.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Kei te kimi mātou i tētahi e whai ana i ēnei pūkenga | We’re looking for someone with</b></p><ul><li>Experience delivering training, coaching or adoption support for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams or similar digital tools.</li><li>Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple, practical language.</li><li>Experience supporting implementation, migration, change or business readiness activity.</li><li>A collaborative, proactive style and confidence working with frontline teams, workspace owners and technical stakeholders.</li><li>Flexibility to travel within New Zealand and work in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>He pai te mahi, he pai ngā painga | Good work, good benefits</b></p><p>At Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us.
