<h3>Corporate Solution Consultant (B2B Sales)</h3>Location: Bangkok, Thailand<br/>Work Type: Full-Time | Hybrid<br/>Team: Sales for Corporate Clients (HR / HRD / L&amp;D)<h3>About the Role</h3>We are looking for a passionate and driven B2B Sales talent to join our FutureSkill for Business team. You will be responsible for helping organizations upskill their people through LMS Solutions, Future-Ready Online Courses, In-house Training Programs, and Competency Assessment.You will connect with HR, HRD, and L&amp;D leaders from various industries and be their trusted consultant in shaping learning strategies that drive growth.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Build pipeline through outbound efforts (email, phone call, visit) and existing client expansion</li><li>Schedule meetings with decision-makers (HR, L&amp;D, BU heads) to present FutureSkill's solutions</li><li>Prepare compelling proposals, decks, and tailor-made training solutions to suit client needs</li><li>Lead client meetings, product demos, and close deals to meet sales goals</li><li>Coordinate with marketing, product teams and account executive (both tech and non-tech) to share customer insights and ensure alignment between client needs and solution development</li><li>Maintain detailed CRM records and forecast sales accurately</li><li>Stay updated on HR Tech, EdTech, and Upskilling market trends</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Executive, or HR Tech consulting</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or any related field</li><li>Strong presentation and storytelling skills – able to simplify complex solutions</li><li>Good writing and communication skills (Thai/English)</li><li>Creative mindset with a learning attitude – you love to learn new things!</li><li>Experience in LMS, EdTech, L&amp;D, or SaaS business is a big plus</li><li>Proficiency with CRM (Zoho, Airtable), Google Workspace, and proposal tools</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Passion in people development, Future of work, and Digital skills</li><li>Experience selling to HR or in training solution business</li><li>Familiarity with competency frameworks, IDP or HRD projects</li></ul><h3>Why Join Us</h3><ul><li>Work with a mission-driven team passionate about changing the way Thailand learns</li><li>Access to over 500+ FutureSkill courses and continuous training</li><li>Flexible hybrid working, young energetic team, and lots of learning opportunities</li></ul>
