<p>FutureSkill น่าสนใจอย่างไร?</p> FutureSkill เกิดมาเพื่อต้องการพัฒนาทักษะใหม่ๆให้กับประเทศไทย ในยุคนี้เราเจอกับปัญหาประเทศที่รุมเร้าทั้งขาดแรงงานทักษะสูง การศึกษาที่ไม่มีประสิทธิภาพเพียงพอ สังคมผู้สูงวัย ส่งผลให้ประเทศเติบโตต่ำ เราอยากพัฒนา Talent ที่มีทักษะเก่งและทำงานได้ดีขึ้นจนเป็นคำมั่นที่พวกเรายึดถือว่า “Learn to progress your life” ผ่านแพลตฟอร์มการเรียนรู้ ทดสอบทักษะ Bootcamp/Workshop รวมถึงการเตรียมตัวอาชีพ เรามองหาคนที่เป็น Value giver ที่ชอบสร้างคุณค่าให้กับคนรอบตัวและลูกค้า ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการสอน แชร์ความรู้เล็กๆน้อยๆ ชอบเห็นชีวิตตนเองและคนอื่นพัฒนาดีขึ้น และชอบเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆตลอดเวลา ปัจจุบัน FutureSkill เป็นหนึ่งใน EdTech ที่เติบโตเร็วที่สุดของไทยที่อยากนำเสนอการพัฒนาทักษะในรูปแบบใหม่ๆ และสร้างการเติบโตในวงการการศึกษาของไทย<p><br/></p>Job Specification<ul><li>Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various chat platforms (e.g., Line, Facebook, website)</li><li>Provide detailed information about FutureSkill's products and services to help customers make purchasing decisions</li><li>Recommend and promote suitable courses to customers to drive sales</li><li>Close sales through chat by assisting customers with the purchasing process, payment, and registration</li><li>Follow up with potential leads to increase the chances of conversion and boost sales</li><li>Manage customer databases and systematically record sales activities</li><li>Report sales performance and track key metrics regularly</li></ul><br/>Job Requirement<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field</li><li>Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, particularly in closing sales through chat</li><li>Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain product information clearly and concisely</li><li>Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently</li><li>Proficient in using online sales tools and chat platforms</li><li>Able to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing environments</li></ul>
