The salary range for this role is based on several factors</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW115364993 BCX0"> including experience, skills, and qualifications and is $55,000 to $60,000. </span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span class="EOP Selected SCXW240859348 BCX0" data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}">Manages transferring employee relocation while maintaining file and data integrity.  </span></li> <li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}">Review, explain, and administer relocation benefits ensuring they are within client policy. </span></li> <li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}">Manages all aspects of home sale process including reviewing broker market analysis, marketing strategies, providing <br>guaranteed buy-out offers, assisting in third-party contract negotiations, processing equity, and manage <br>closing process. </span></li> <li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}">Assists in the negotiations for home purchase in the new location. </span></li> <li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}">Monitor service delivery of all vendor partners to ensure the best quality vendor. </span></li> <li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}">Provide information to clients and internal contacts as needed </span></li> <li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}">Review, approve, and direct payment of relocation expenses.</span></li> <li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}">Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. </span></li> </ul></div>
