<p style="text-align:center;">At Gravity Team, a quantitative proprietary trading firm, we are on a mission to balance supply and demand across crypto markets around the world.</p><p style="text-align:center;">We're looking for a high-performance Perpetual Futures Quant Trader with deep experience in derivatives or HFT, someone who's ready to own their vertical and make an immediate PnL impact.</p><h2 id="your-main-responsibilities">Your Main Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Develop and iterate high-frequency and systematic trading strategies for perpetual futures across major and altcoin markets.</p></li><li><p>Build and optimize predictive models and signals for execution, funding rate arbitrage, basis trading, and post-trade analysis.</p></li><li><p>Execute and manage cross-exchange and cross-instrument arbitrage (perps vs. spot, perps vs. futures), coordinating margin/collateral availability, internal transfers, withdrawals/deposits, and post-trade reconciliation to ensure smooth settlement and minimize fails.</p></li><li><p>Own the perps trading pipeline — from funding rate tracking, market making and liquidation-risk logic, to monitoring and deployment.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate on improving margin efficiency, cross-margining logic, and liquidation/risk management across venues.</p></li><li><p>Analyze market microstructure, funding dynamics, and execution performance to improve Sharpe and reduce slippage.</p></li><li><p>Help evolve our asset allocation logic — we actively manage positions, margin, and collateral across 30+ exchanges daily.</p></li><li><p>Monitor open interest, funding rates, and leverage conditions to identify and act on dislocations before they normalize.</p></li></ul><h2 id="what-we-expect">What We Expect</h2><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience in high-frequency or proprietary trading (crypto derivatives or traditional futures/options).</p></li><li><p>Prior work in a high-frequency derivatives environment, funding/basis arbitrage, or a low-latency trading/execution system.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience trading perpetual futures, funding rate strategies, and cross-venue basis trades.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of derivatives market structure, margin/collateral mechanics, liquidation engines, and price discovery across perp venues.</p></li><li><p>Solid experience in hedging logic, managing margin/collateral flows, or optimizing asset rebalancing across multiple exchanges.</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of market microstructure and how to design systems that extract edge from funding, basis, and leverage dynamics.</p></li><li><p>Strong ability to analyze PnL, post-trade statistics, and fine-tune strategies to optimize Sharpe ratio, turnover, and drawdowns.</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in Python, applied statistics, and predictive modeling.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Rust is a valuable advantage.</p></li><li><p>Able to design and maintain robust trading infrastructure, including real-time monitoring, execution diagnostics, dynamic parameter tuning, and automated risk controls.</p></li></ul><h2 id="our-promise-to-you">Our Promise To You</h2><p>We offer you hands-on insight into one of the most exciting and lucrative industries today.
