<span>Act as the trusted advisor for architects & designers in Munich. You will guide them through sustainable materials, acoustics, EPDs, circularity, and design feasibility to ensure Impact Acoustic becomes a specified part of their projects.<br/><br/>This is a role for someone who loves people, storytelling, and design conversations more than drawing details.</span><br/><ul><li>Grow and nurture strong relationships with Munich’s architecture & interior design community.</li><li>Visit firms regularly, present materials, update libraries, and provide project consulting.</li><li>Act as the acoustic + materials expert for specifiers from concept to tender.</li><li>Position Impact Acoustic in workplace, hospitality, cultural, and education projects.</li><li>Represent the brand at events, fairs, and networking gatherings.</li><li>Track project pipelines and manage specification progress through CRM.</li><li>Work closely with HQ Sales, Marketing, and the Impact Lab to drive innovation conversations.</li></ul><ul><li>Architect / Interior Architect / Designer.</li><li>You love people and get energy from meetings, presentations, and collaboration.</li><li>You understand design intent, construction phases, and specification logic.</li><li>You have an existing A&D network in Munich and know how to activate it.</li><li>Strong communicator with natural storytelling ability.</li><li>Passion for materials, acoustics, and sustainable innovation.</li><li>Fluent in German (native) + comfortable in English.</li></ul><ul><li>A role that keeps you in the design world—without spending your life in CAD.</li><li>A premium, sustainability-led product portfolio that architects genuinely love.</li><li>Full autonomy to build and deepen your Munich network.</li><li>Support from a highly innovative Swiss team and the Impact Lab.</li><li>Competitive salary + commission + travel budget.</li><li>Growth path: Senior Specification Manager, Sustainability Specialist, or Key Account Specialist.</li></ul>
