This is a <strong>hands-on individual contributor role</strong>. You'll own features end-to-end, partnering closely with Product and Engineering. </p><p>📍You must be within CET ±2 hours</p><p><em>⏰This is a full time role with a flexible schedule, you must be available every working day between 9 am and 12 pm EST.</em></p><h3><strong>Who we are looking for</strong></h3><ul><li><p>5+ years of Product Design experience.</p></li><li><p>Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products.</p></li><li><p>Portfolio showcasing workflow-heavy products rather than marketing websites.</p></li><li><p>Experience working within an established design system.</p></li><li><p>Strong interaction and visual design skills.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable owning projects independently in a remote/distributed team.</p></li><li><p>Clear written communication and documentation skills.</p></li><li><p>Experience handing off designs to engineering.</p></li><li><p>Experience conducting usability testing.</p></li></ul><h4><strong>Nice to have:</strong></h4><ul><li><p>Experience with two-sided marketplaces or multi-sided platforms.</p></li><li><p>Experience in creator economy, influencer marketing, or paid social.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads products.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to AI-powered or AI-assisted product experiences.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Own product design from discovery through high-fidelity designs and production-ready specifications.</p></li><li><p>Design end-to-end user flows and interactive prototypes in Figma.</p></li><li><p>Own a defined area of the roadmap across our Client Experience and Creator Experience pods.</p></li><li><p>Work within and evolve our existing design system.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with PMs, Engineers and two Product Designers in an async environment.</p></li><li><p>Participate in design reviews and provide thoughtful feedback.</p></li><li><p>Run lightweight usability testing when needed.</p></li></ul><p></p>
