<p><strong>📍 Remote | LATAM | Part-Time | Contractor</strong></p><h2 class="mb-4">About the Role</h2><p>IT Tech Hub is looking for a <strong>Product Quality Engineer</strong> to join an innovative international technology company building AI-powered products.</p><p>This is a hands-on engineering role focused on ensuring quality across modern software and AI systems. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to define testing strategies, automate critical workflows, and evaluate AI behaviors before they reach production.</p><h2 class="mb-4">Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Design and maintain automated test suites.</p></li><li><p>Build end-to-end tests using Playwright or similar frameworks.</p></li><li><p>Test APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate AI/LLM-powered features and agent workflows.</p></li><li><p>Create realistic testing scenarios and quality metrics.</p></li><li><p>Partner with Product and Engineering to improve product reliability.</p></li><li><p>Help define release readiness and regression testing strategies.</p></li></ul><h2 class="mb-4">Requirements</h2><ul><li><p>4+ years of experience in QA Automation, Software Quality, or Test Engineering.</p></li><li><p>Experience with AI products, LLM applications, or Agentic Systems.</p></li><li><p>Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Playwright (or similar automation tools).</p></li><li><p>API testing experience.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Advanced English.</p></li></ul><h3 class="mb-4">Nice to Have</h3><ul><li><p>RAG</p></li><li><p>Prompt Engineering</p></li><li><p>AI Evaluation</p></li><li><p>SaaS products</p></li><li><p>Observability</p></li><li><p>Distributed systems</p></li></ul><h2 class="mb-4">What We Offer</h2><ul><li><p>Fully Remote (LATAM)</p></li><li><p>Part-Time Contractor</p></li><li><p>Flexible schedule</p></li><li><p>Long-term opportunity</p></li><li><p>International team</p></li><li><p>Work on cutting-edge AI products</p></li></ul>
