This positon would be in the premises liability/hospitality practice group which includes defense of human traffiking matters.&nbsp; <strong>This position is a fully remote position and admission to the Texas bar is required</strong>.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced litigators on sophisticated general liability defense matters in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Our attorneys receive meaningful hands-on experience, direct client interaction, and strong mentorship while representing businesses, insurers, and insureds in a broad range of complex litigation matters.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Associates are given the opportunity to take an active role in all phases of litigation, including case strategy, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, mediations, and trial preparation.
