<h2>We are hiring a Search Fund & Acquisition Sourcing Associate to build proprietary deal flow for small-business acquisitions. This role emphasizes disciplined market mapping, owner outreach, and pipeline management rather than financial modeling alone.</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Responsibilities</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Turn investment themes into precise target-company criteria and searchable market maps.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Research fragmented industries, identify owner-operated businesses, and enrich decision-maker data.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Write personalized outreach that demonstrates real knowledge of the company and owner.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Run multi-channel sequences and conduct early qualification calls.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Maintain accurate pipeline stages, notes, follow-ups, and disqualification reasons.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Measure performance by qualified owner conversations and actionable opportunities, not raw email volume.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Requirements</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Based in Latin America with professional English; Spanish or Portuguese fluency preferred.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• 1–3 years in search funds, private equity, investment banking, corporate development, executive search, B2B sales, or comparable sourcing work.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Strong research judgment, concise writing, and persistent but respectful follow-through.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills and comfort working from a CRM every day.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Helpful but not required</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Prior search-fund internship or lower-middle-market transaction exposure.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Experience with Clay, Apollo, PitchBook, Capital IQ, Grata, HubSpot, or Affinity.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• A work sample showing how you mapped a market or sourced hard-to-find companies.</p>
