Through coaching and development, you will support a world-class team while ensuring Inside Sales continues to grow its market share and penetration within defined territories. The position requires developing and modifying sales strategies to drive performance within the team and department, as well as managing professional growth through hiring, onboarding, coaching, training and periodic reviews. Applicants should have strong supervisory skills and knowledge of Inside Sales functions, systems and best practices. The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding key performance indicators and sales goals within an Inside Sales position. </p><p><strong>A day on the job looks like this: </strong></p><ul><li>Directly managing and developing a team of individual contributors, providing coaching and feedback, inclusive of leveraging different sales strategies to drive sales and performance improvement year over year </li><li>Enhancing the team’s sales skills through regular coaching cadences (Performance Feedback, Goal Setting Meetings, Monthly Funnel Review) and  participation in virtual calls, aiming to meet and exceed sales quota targets </li><li>Leveraging reporting and metrics to manage results, including funnel management, Salesforce dashboards, Brightmetrics and Chorus, etc. </li><li>Adhering to operational processes and best practices to drive operational excellence, owning weekly team meetings to inspire, training and equip direct reports in increasing sales performance. </li><li>Fostering and maintaining relationships (internal/external) with key customers and stakeholders, inclusive of partnerships with Outside Sales, Retail and Professional Development teams </li><li>Working with team members to build strong relationships with school districts, early childhood centers and community-based organizations </li><li>Partnering with senior leadership to drive sales through the performance management of assigned team </li><li>Staying knowledgeable about customer needs at the local, state and national levels based on the market landscape, funding and opportunities to advise on sales strategies inclusive of product offerings </li><li>Handling administrative tasks such as ADP, timecard management, calendar management, etc. </li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><p><strong>Got the skills and experience?
