This role is focused on safely expanding platform capabilities, optimizing existing Zuora implementations, resolving complex production issues, and bridging technical teams with Finance and Controllership stakeholders.</p><p>The ideal consultant has deep hands-on experience across Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue, strong understanding of revenue recognition processes, and the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to non-technical Finance stakeholders.</p><p>Enterprise experience strongly preferred.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>- Own architecture, configuration, optimization, and advanced troubleshooting across live Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue environments.</p><p>- Design, configure, and deploy new pricing models, product catalogs, and revenue rules without disrupting existing production operations.</p><p>- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex billing, rating, revenue recognition, integration, and system architecture issues.</p><p>- Translate Finance and Controllership requirements, including ASC 606, IFRS 15, and month-end close policies, into practical Zuora configurations.</p><p>- Ensure reliable data flow and integration between Zuora and enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and financial platforms.</p><p>- Troubleshoot advanced issues involving APIs, middleware, billing logic, revenue processes, and enterprise integrations.</p><p>- Partner with technical teams and Finance stakeholders to support scalable, production-safe Zuora platform evolution.</p></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><p>Must-Have Skills</p><p>* 3+ years of relevant experience in a mid-level systems administration, billing systems, or financial systems support role.</p><p>* Hands-on Zuora Administration experience.</p><p>* Familiarity with the Zuora UI.</p><p>* General billing knowledge.</p><p>* Ability to understand business requirements and accurately implement approved configuration changes within Zuora.</p><p>* Experience supporting configuration, administrative, or operational changes in business systems.</p><p>* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>* Strong critical thinking skills.</p><p>* Enterprise experience strongly preferred.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Nice-to-Have Skills</p><p>* Experience with Zuora Revenue / RevPro.</p><p>* Experience supporting product catalog changes.</p><p>* Experience supporting invoice or credit memo template releases.</p><p>* Experience deploying workflows to Production.</p><p>* Experience supporting audit requests or change-control processes.</p><p>* Experience working with Finance, Sales, Product, or Engineering stakeholders.</p></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p>Required Tools &amp; Platforms</p><p>* Zuora</p><p>* Zuora UI</p><p>* Zuora Billing</p><p>* Zuora Revenue / RevPro</p><p>* Zuora workflows</p><p>* Sandbox and Production environments</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Location, Time &amp; Engagement</p><p>* Remote contract role.</p><p>* Open to candidates in&#xa0;LATAM - US - Europe</p><p>* Full-time allocation, 40 hours per week.</p><p>* Expected engagement through March 31, 2027.</p></div></section>
