This role also includes adding to our network of attorneys.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>To provide the best possible customer service for members, attorneys, and associates through inbound and outbound phone calls</li><li>To obtain specific information from a court or attorney regarding a traffic citation and input that information into the computer system</li><li>To recognize any case that may need specific actions to be taken and properly notify Attorney Relations-Attorney Development Supervisor</li><li>To precisely input any information given by courts or attorneys into the computer system</li><li>To properly complete various forms of paperwork needed to handle the case in the best possible manner</li><li>To manage Assignment Docket(s)</li><li>To build the TVC network of attorneys</li><li>To perform other duties as assigned by Attorney Assignment Supervisor when needed</li><li>To arrive on time and stay for the duration of your scheduled shift</li><li>To maintain proper records of attendance by correctly using the Talent Stop</li><li>Report to Supervisor/Manager</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Experience and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma/GED</li><li>3 Years in customer service</li><li>Must be able to type at least 35 WPM</li><li>Must be able to operate a computer, use the internet and be familiar with 10-key</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Skills and Physical Demands:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written (both typed and handwritten) communication</li><li>Highly self-motivated and results oriented</li><li>Ability to perform in a high-energy, dynamic, and team-oriented environment</li><li>Ability to think independently and problem solve</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Location</strong></p><ul><li>The location assignment is remote. </li><li>This location is subject to change and/or the position may be required to operate in the main office located at 14313 North May Avenue, OK 73134</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Environmental</strong></p><ul><li>Position will be assigned to an office work from home environment</li><li>Employee will be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time (including occasional visits to field work sites, if applicable).</li><li>The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.  </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><ul><li>Monday-Friday 8-5</li></ul> <p><span>Our Culture: </span></p><p> </p><p><span>Fueling customers' journeys since 1964, innovation leads the way for this family-owned and operated business headquartered in Oklahoma City.
