<p>POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE <br/>The Copier Service Technician II is responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing copier equipment at a client’s site in a timely, high quality, and cost-effective manner.</p> <p> </p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS <br/>▪Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve maintenance and repair issues at client’s locations within a designated territory using diagnostic tools, services aids, and product manuals. <br/>▪Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by meeting clients’ needs in a courteous, timely, and cost-effective manner. <br/>▪Manage and maintain accurate inventory for tools, parts and supplies in vehicle stock; participate in triannual physical inventory and occasional spot checks. <br/>▪Meet established metrics and benchmarks and comply with procedures and expectations as outlined in the Field Service Manual. <br/>▪Complete technical training on all new equipment as assigned. <br/>▪Maintain current technical knowledge and continuously work to expand knowledge of new technology and equipment. ▪ Represent Marco in a professional manner at all times by maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to the Copier Field Service dress code. <br/>▪Accurately maintain and comply with documentation and service procedures in a timely basis to include time entry process and dispatching and closing service calls using Remote Tech. <br/>▪Attend required company and departmental meetings. <br/>▪Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook. <br/>▪Perform other related duties as assigned.<br/><br/><br/><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong> <br/><span>Education and Experience</span> <br/>▪An associate degree and two years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. <br/>▪Sharp, Canon, HP and/or Konica direct service experience preferred.<br/><br/><span>Licenses and Certifications</span> <br/>Valid Driver’s License, proof of personal insurance, and an acceptable driving record.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS</strong> <br/>1.Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications, Outlook and company and client specific programs. <br/>2.Demonstrate attention to detail. <br/>3.Strong communication skills in working with technical and non-technical people, and the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relations among all levels of an organization. <br/>4.Strong ability to exercise independent judgment. <br/>5.Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Gather and analyze information skillfully; Work well in group problem solving situations. <br/>6.Balance team and individual responsibilities; Exhibit objectivity and openness to others' views; Give and welcome feedback; Contribute to building a positive team spirit; Put success of team above own interests; Able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; Support everyone's efforts to succeed. <br/>7.Cost Conscious - Conserve organizational resources. <br/>8.Treat people with respect; Work with integrity and ethically; Uphold organizational values. <br/>9.Follow policies and procedures; Complete administrative tasks correctly and on time; Support organization's goals and values. <br/>10.Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; Look for ways to improve and promote quality; Apply feedback to improve performance; Monitor own work to ensure quality. <br/>11.Meet productivity standards; Complete work in timely manner; Strive to increase productivity; Work quickly. <br/>12.Observe safety and security procedures; Report potentially unsafe conditions; Use equipment and materials properly. <br/>13.Adapt to changes in the work environment; Change approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. <br/>14.Follow instructions, respond to management direction; Take responsibility for own actions; Commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; Complete tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.</p>
