This role ensures regulatory compliance, drives continuous improvement, and fosters a culture of safety, transparency, and accountability across the division. The Executive Director uses data-driven insights to guide policy, mitigate risks, and advance best practices in safeguarding the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.</span></p> <p><br/><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span><br/><span>• Oversee the full lifecycle of incident management, including reporting, investigation preparation, resolution, and preventive follow-up.</span><br/><span>Provides executive oversight of performance-contracting incident management metrics, leveraging analytics and strategic initiatives to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality reporting across the division.</span><br/><span>• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations, meeting or exceeding all reporting deadlines.</span><br/><span>• Lead the development of a comprehensive incident review process, including severity-tiered protocols and standardized timelines.</span><br/><span>• Use incident trend data and predictive analytics to identify patterns, risks, and prevention strategies.</span><br/><span>• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated responses to incidents and effective support for those impacted.</span><br/><span>• Implement or enhance incident tracking technology with real-time dashboards and alerts.</span><br/><span>• Develop and deliver annual training on incident management for staff at all levels, including advanced investigation techniques.</span><br/><span>• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies for incident-related matters.</span><br/><span>• Promote a culture where staff feel safe reporting incidents without fear of retaliation.</span></p> <p><span>• Prepare quarterly reports for executive leadership and the board, highlighting progress, trends, and improvement opportunities.</span><br/><span>Performance Metrics</span><br/><span>• Reduction in repeat incidents in identified high-risk categories.</span><br/><span>• Improved timeliness of reporting, with 95%+ of incidents submitted within required timeframes.</span><br/><span>• Demonstrated implementation of preventive measures with measurable outcomes.</span><br/><span>• Positive staff satisfaction ratings regarding the incident reporting and investigation process.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Program Development, Program Management and Quality Assurance:</strong><br/>• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services.<br/>• Ensure that programs adhere to best practices, regulatory standards, evidence-based standards of care and Merakey policies and procedures.<br/>• Monitor program outcomes, client satisfaction, and quality indicators to drive continuous improvement and enhance service delivery.<br/>• Makes data-driven decisions utilizing PowerBI data analytics to monitor program performance, track key performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.</span></p> <p><span>• Work closely with program managers and staff to address challenges, identify best practices, and promote innovation</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Financial Management and Resource Management:</strong><br/>•Take responsibility for the profit and loss (P&amp;L) of the assigned regions.<br/>•Develop and manage the organization's annual budget in collaboration with Executive Leadership.<br/>•Ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability in all financial operations.<br/>•Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve financial sustainability.<br/>•Advocate for internal resources, including staff, budget allocations, and operational support, to ensure that programmatic priorities are aligned with organizational goals and adequately resourced for success.</span></p> <p><span><br/><strong>Staff Leadership and Development:</strong><br/>• Provide visionary leadership to a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of empathy, collaboration, accountability, and excellence.<br/>• Recruit, retain, and develop talented staff members who are committed to the organization's mission.<br/>• Promote staff engagement and professional growth through mentorship, training, and performance management.<br/>Partnership Development and Stakeholder Engagement:<br/>• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, government agencies, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to enhance collaboration and resource sharing.<br/>• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, joint initiatives, and collective impact efforts to address systemic issues affecting our target populations.<br/>• Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and events to raise awareness, build
