This role involves assisting Dutch-speaking clients with their booking needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless reservation process within the travel and hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities Assist Dutch-speaking customers with accommodation and travel reservations through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding properties, prices, policies, and booking procedures. Manage reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently. Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of interactions and bookings using company systems. Collaborate with colleagues to uphold quality service standards and meet team goals. Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial. Experience in reservations, customer service, or the hospitality sector is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Familiarity with online booking platforms and CRM tools is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
