This role is suited for individuals passionate about the video streaming industry and skilled at delivering exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless streaming experience by providing prompt and effective support. Key Responsibilities Offer outstanding customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat, addressing various inquiries related to video streaming services. Support customers with account management, subscription issues, and basic technical troubleshooting. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within CRM systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest video streaming product information, features, and promotions. Work collaboratively with the team to enhance service quality and resolve customer issues effectively. Identify and escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate internal departments when necessary. Fluent Portuguese language skills (spoken and written) are required; English proficiency is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in video streaming or related technology sectors. Excellent communication abilities and a strong customer-oriented approach. Basic technical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting video streaming platforms. Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team environment based in Greece. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
