Whether you aspire to advance as a Project Manager or become a Technical Expert, we will support you in achieving your professional goals. </p> <p>Join us today and take the next step in your career!</p> <div> <strong>What You'll Do:</strong> </div> <ul> <li>Support bridge design efforts for a variety of structure types, including steel and concrete bridges, under the guidance of senior engineers.</li> <li>Perform structural analysis and design calculations in accordance with AASHTO LRFD specifications.</li> <li>Assist in the development of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E).</li> <li>Utilize structural analysis and design software such as Midas, LARSA, or SAP2000.</li> <li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams, including roadway, geotechnical, and construction professionals.</li> <li>Assist in reviewing project deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with client and regulatory standards.</li> <li>Participate in project meetings and contribute to technical discussions.</li> <li>Provide support during construction, including responding to RFIs and reviewing shop drawings.</li> <li>Stay current with industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.</li> </ul> <div> <div> <strong>What You Need to Succeed:</strong> </div> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).</li> <li>6+ years of experience in bridge or transportation structural engineering.</li> <li>Strong understanding of AASHTO LRFD design specifications.</li> <li>Experience with structural analysis software (e.g., Midas, LARSA, SAP2000).</li> <li>Familiarity with MDT standards and procedures is a plus.</li> <li>Professional Engineer (PE) license in Montana required; ability to obtain PE licensure through reciprocity in additional Western States preferred.</li> </ul> <div> <strong>Compensation:</strong> </div> <div> </div> <div> The approximate compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $116,000 per year. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
