We are collaborative, creative, and experienced professionals and we’re looking to augment our team with other individuals who embody our values: care, be real, get it done, and have fun, seriously.</p></div><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY </strong></p> <p>The Regional Account Manager (RAM) is a field-based commercial professional responsible for developing and growing Mirum’s cholestatic disease portfolio within an assigned territory in Italy.<br><br>Working in close partnership with healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary care teams, the RAM develops and executes territory account plans that improve patient access and support appropriate use of Mirum’s therapies. The RAM combines strong clinical knowledge with commercial excellence to build trusted customer relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver sustainable business growth.<br><br>Working collaboratively with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Compliance and other cross-functional partners, the RAM translates customer insights into effective account strategies while ensuring all activities comply with applicable legal, regulatory and company requirements.</p> <p><strong>JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute territory account plans aligned with national commercial objectives.</li> <li>Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and multidisciplinary care teams.</li> <li>Deliver high-quality scientific and product discussions that support appropriate patient care.</li> <li>Identify customer needs and align Mirum resources and solutions to improve patient outcomes.</li> <li>Continuously assess territory opportunities using customer insights, market intelligence and business data.</li> <li>Collaborate effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer engagement.</li> <li>Maintain exceptional knowledge of disease states, treatment landscape and Mirum’s products.</li> <li>Demonstrate accountability for territory performance while consistently operating in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.</li> <li>Contribute positively to a collaborative 'One Mirum' culture by sharing best practices and supporting team success.</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of business experience in healthcare or biotech industry in RAM roles</li> <li>Significant experience in Regional Market access</li> <li>Successful biotech/pharma product launch experience in rare or niche markets with a documented track record of exceeding goals in competitive markets.
