<h2>A Day in the Life:</h2> <p>Responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and customer service to ensure reliable, cost-effective product availability. Drive operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement while managing teams and external partners to support growth.</p> <h2>The Impact You'll Make:</h2> <ul> <li>Develops and executes supply chain strategies covering procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution to support business objectives and service targets.</li> <li>Oversees finished goods, packaging, and raw material inventory to optimize service levels, working capital, and accuracy through disciplined forecasting and reconciliation.</li> <li>Directs transportation, warehousing, and sales order fulfillment activities to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective product delivery.</li> <li>Leads and develops supply chain teams with full accountability for hiring, performance management, coaching and engagement</li> <li>Manages critical external stakeholders (including bottling and logistics partners), negotiates contracts, enforces accountability, and ensures exceptional customer service performance.</li> <li>Partners with Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, and Product Development teams to align demand, capacity, launches, and supply decisions.</li> <li>Drives process, systems, and performance improvements using data, analytics, and structured problem-solving methodologies. </li> <li>Ensures compliance with regulatory, safety, and internal control requirements while delivering clear performance reporting and insights to leadership.</li> <li> </li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are:</h2> <ul> <li>Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred</li> <li>10+ years of experience in supply chain management.</li> <li>5+ years of experience in people leadership roles managing managers or professional teams.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li> <li>SAP experience strongly preferred</li> <li>Experience with Power BI or similar analytics and reporting tools <p> </p> </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation.
