<p>This position will act as a liaison for the Accounts Payable department by accurately and efficiently answering inquiries and assisting in problem solving for vendors, contractors, and internal employees.</p><p><span>Take a closer look at the <strong><em>main responsibilities:</em></strong></span></p><ul><li>Answer vendor/employee inquiries with professional courtesy, giving exceptional customer service</li><li>Vendor Master Management (update, create, etc.) </li><li>Assist with company credit card coding, reconciliation, and projects</li><li>Tasks pertaining to company credit card and travel and expense platform</li><li>Work with integrations team and newly acquired companies to facilitate onboarding into Client's Accounts Payable process to ensure no delays in payments</li><li>Manage Accounts Payable shared inbox and delegate tasks per team assignments</li><li>Manage high priority and urgent requests to ensure they are responded to per the Accounts Payable team service level agreement</li><li>Escalate high priority requests (as needed) to the AP Manager and/or Lead to ensure they are addressed properly</li><li>Invoice entry</li><li>Provide assistance to the Accounts Payable team as needed</li><li>Participate in process improvement projects</li></ul><p><strong><em>What we expect from you:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Minimum High School diploma</li><li>Experience in United States Accounts Payable Processes</li><li>Prior customer service experience</li><li>Excellent English verbal and written communication</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Ability to think critically</li><li>Problem solving</li></ul><p><strong><em>What you will get from us:</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong></p><ul><li>Regular 9 - 17h shift, Monday to Friday</li><li>Remote work model</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Opportunity to work with a dynamic, fast-growing team</li><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Benefit package available to all our employees (day off for a birthday, discounts with our partners from different industries, FitPass...)</li></ul><p><span>If you are ready to contribute to this position, apply now</span><span> with your CV in English.
