<p>The AutoCAD Drafter is responsible for assisting the AutoCAD Department by receiving survey results and assisting with processing. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and strong communication skills to ensure project-specific requirements are met and maintained throughout the drafting process.</p><p><em><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></em></p><ul type="disc"><li>Review CAD drawings submitted by offshore drafting firms for accuracy, consistency, and quality </li><li>Receive and process CAD commercial survey results according to project instructions</li><li>Survey Interpretation: Read and interpret precise survey notes to produce accurate drawings</li><li>Transform surveys into 3D plans in model space and revise 3D redline drawings as needed</li><li>Utilize AutoCAD (2010 or later) features, including model space, paper space, viewports, blocks, and plotting, to deliver precise results</li><li>Act as the primary liaison with offshore drafting teams, ensuring project requirements and timelines are clearly communicated</li><li>Work effectively in a team environment, providing constructive input and feedback to ensure project success</li></ul><p><em><strong>What we expect from you:</strong></em></p><ul><li>Advanced knowledge of the English language</li><li>Proficient with AutoCAD 2010 or later and Microsoft Applications</li><li>Computer draft and design knowledge or equivalent work experience</li><li>Relevant experience with a full understanding of concepts, practices, and procedures in preparing commercial floor plans is preferred</li><li>Willingness to work afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, 3 pm - 11 pm</li></ul><p><span><em><strong>What you will get from us:</strong></em></span></p><ul><li>Work from the comfort of your own home, with occasional work in the office </li><li><span>Two weeks of paid training </span></li><li>Work in a large, international team</li><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Benefit package available to all our employees (free day and gift for a birthday, discounts with our partners from different industries...)</li><li>Advancement opportunities/career development</li></ul><p>If you want to give yourself a try in the new role, apply and join us!</p><p>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
