<p>This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day IT operations for our client’s locations — working closely with local, regional, and global business and IT counterparts — and for providing hands-on client software support,<em><strong> to include:</strong></em></p><ul><li><p>Providing LAN/WAN network and telephony support, as well as printer maintenance and troubleshooting</p></li><li><p>Supporting PC laptops, desktops, and high-end engineering workstations, including full client staging, restoration, and recovery of PCs</p></li><li><p>Collaborating with Global Information Security (GIS) on information security initiatives — including virus protection, backups, recovery, and audits</p></li><li><p>Managing Help Desk incident resolution in line with service level agreements, identifying, tracking, and resolving IT-related issues in coordination with global teams</p></li><li><p>Delivering end-user and executive IT support in a hybrid working environment</p></li><li><p>Participating in project work, including real estate initiatives, and overseeing installation and maintenance of network, communications, and AV equipment</p></li><li><p>Conducting IT asset inventory management, stocktakes, and audits</p></li><li><p>Overseeing IT vendor relationships, including telecom services management and vendor procurement</p></li><li><p>Contributing to IT planning and program execution</p></li><li><p>Managing site computer rooms and related infrastructure</p></li><li><p>Supporting business continuity and disaster recovery planning and execution</p></li><li><p>Overseeing all IT components at the client’s location, including computer and hub rooms, PCs, network and telephony infrastructure, applications, executive office support, and telecom providers</p></li><li><p>Coordinating IT upgrades, new implementations, refresh programs, and corporate real estate–driven expansions</p></li></ul><p><em><strong>Qualifications & Key Competencies:</strong></em></p><ul><li><p>Proven experience in <strong>IT infrastructure and end-user support</strong>, including <strong>Executive Office support</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of <strong>Windows 11</strong>, <strong>LAN/WAN</strong>, <strong>telephony systems</strong>, and <strong>network hardware (Cisco switches/routers)</strong></p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with <strong>PCs, servers, and structured cabling implementations</strong></p></li><li><p>Understanding of <strong>DNS/DHCP</strong>, <strong>TCP/IP</strong>, and <strong>wired/wireless network technologies</strong></p></li><li><p>Ability to manage <strong>complex support issues</strong> across regional and global teams</p></li><li><p>Skilled in <strong>vendor management</strong> and communication with <strong>telecom providers</strong></p></li><li><p>Excellent <strong>communication</strong>, <strong>organization</strong>, and <strong>problem-solving</strong> skills</p></li><li><p><strong>Adaptable and proactive</strong> in a fast-changing environment; comfortable with shifting priorities</p></li><li><p><strong>Self-driven</strong>, <strong>service-oriented</strong>, and able to work independently with a high degree of ownership</p></li><li><p><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> (or equivalent) in IT, Computer Science, or related field</p></li><li><p><strong>2–3 years of relevant experience</strong> in LAN/WAN and technical support</p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p>If you want to give yourself a try in the new role, <span>apply with your CV in English</span> and join us!</p><p><span>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
