<p><span>We’re looking for a </span><b>Sales Development Representative (English/Spanish)</b><span> to join our team.</span></p><p><span><span>This role is critical in driving new business opportunities and shaping our go-to-market approach in the European golf market. </span></span></p><p><span><span><em><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></em></span></span></p><ul><li>Own a prioritized account list of clubs/operators and key personas (GM, Director of Golf, Owner)</li><li>Identify and engage decision-makers at golf clubs and multi-course operators</li><li>Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn</li><li>Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for the sales team</li><li>Build and manage a strong top-of-funnel sales pipeline</li><li>Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM</li><li>Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to improve outreach effectiveness</li></ul><p><em><strong>What we expect from you:</strong></em></p><ul><li>Fluency in speaking Spanish and English language</li><li>Previous experience in SDR/BDR roles (B2B SaaS or hospitality/sports) is a plus</li><li>Confident cold-caller and concise writer; comfortable running your own rhythm</li><li>Proactive, dynamic communicator with a service-first mindset</li><li>Highly organized and self-motivated</li><li>Flexibility to work weekends</li></ul><p><strong><em>What you can expect from us:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Remote model of work</li><li>10 am - 6 pm shift</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Opportunity to work with a dynamic, fast-growing team</li><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Benefit package available to all our employees (day off for a birthday, discounts with our partners from different industries, FitPass...)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><span>If you are ready to contribute to this position, apply now</span><span> with your CV in English.
