<p>We are seeking a motivated individual to join our international team in a junior-level role. The successful candidate will become a valued member of our Digital Transformation Team, supporting the Oracle Enterprise Services (ES) Cloud program rollout. </p><p><strong><em>Key areas of responsibility:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Ensure customer data integrity in Oracle ES cloud for service delivery, billing, and customer reporting</li><li>Analyze, design, and develop well-defined methods and procedures for service data quality related activities</li><li>Present and gain agreement for problem isolation, solution creation, and implementation plans</li><li>Customize and provide business data for knowledge applications; prepare and distribute standard reports</li><li>Coordinate activities with management and project managers</li><li>Deliver project milestones on time and within budget, with quality</li><li>Work closely with other members of the team to implement a multi-functional business solution</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong><em>What we expect from you:</em></strong></p><ul><li>BS/BA in Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or business-related experience </li><li>Strong written and oral English communication skills</li><li>Data Analysis & Cleansing : proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data profiling tools</li><li>Reporting & Visualization: experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle BI</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong><em>What you will get from us:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Working hours from 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday (possibility of occasional afternoon shifts)</li><li>Opportunity to develop skills through training</li><li>Work in a large, international team</li><li>Work in modernly equipped offices located in the heart of the business center in New Belgrade</li><li>Possibility of conversion to a contract with a client with all of the benefits included</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>If you want to give yourself a try in the new role, apply and join us!</p><p>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
