This role focuses on three primary areas: content creation and publishing, social media community management and news/social media monitoring/reporting. The Specialist will play a key role in strengthening brand visibility, audience engagement and overall reputation by delivering high-quality content, actively managing online communities and providing actionable insights based on performance and sentiment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this you? Find out more below! </p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p><strong>How do I make an impact on my team?</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Create, edit, and publish compelling content for the websites and social media channels of the Navitus Health Solutions enterprise.</li> <li>Manage and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with brand voice and enterprise messaging.</li> <li>Create and publish content from a cross-channel calendar focused on website and social media updates.</li> <li>Apply search-engine optimization (SEO), ask-engine optimization (AEO) and social media optimization (SMO) best practices to improve visibility, engagement, and traffic.</li> <li>Partner with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Creative Services and other work groups to ensure that content aligns with broader campaigns, business priorities and brand standards.</li> <li>Serve as a content steward, ensuring consistency, quality and effectiveness across all touchpoints.</li> <li>Manage daily activity across social media accounts for the Navitus Health Solutions enterprise, including monitoring, posting and engagement.</li> <li>Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, consistent with company standards and policies.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to amplify positive engagement, including from internal and external audiences, as well as address reputational risks appropriately.</li> <li>Foster strong online communities by promoting meaningful interactions and maintaining a consistent brand presence.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align responses and engagement strategies with organizational priorities.</li> <li>Monitor social media channels, digital platforms and online communities to understand how audiences interact with our content.</li> <li>Track and report on brand presence across trade publications, general-interest media and other online sources.</li> <li>Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Google Search to identify trends, sentiment and visibility across owned and earned channels.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><strong>What our team expects</strong><strong> from you?</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field required. </li> <li>2 years of experience in content creation, communications, marketing or journalism required.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience creating and managing digital and social media content, with a portfolio of published work required.</li> <li>Experience managing social media platforms and engaging audiences across channels such as LinkedIn and the Meta platforms required.</li> <li>Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and digital marketing tools required.</li> <li>Experience with social listening and analytics tools (Hootsuite, HubSpot, Adobe Analytics, etc.) required.</li> <li>Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, SMO, social media trends and digital best practices required.</li> <li>Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.</li> <li>The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What can you expect from Navitus?</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Top of the industry benefits for Health, Dental, and Vision insurance </li> <li>20 days paid time off </li> <li>4 weeks paid parental leave </li> <li>9 paid holidays </li> <li>401K company match of up to 5% - No vesting requirement </li> <li>Adoption Assistance Program </li> <li>Flexible Spending Account </li> <li>Educational Assistance Plan and Professional Membership assistance </li> <li>Referral Bonus Program – up to $750! </li> </ul> <p>#LI-Remote</p> <h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $60,214.00 - USD $72,547.00 /Yr.
