The Specialist will be responsible for understanding business processes, supporting data, and performing an array of analyses and report creations that facilitate critical business decision-making processes. The objective is to utilize and harness data in an effective manner to assist in driving business decisions, to better predict call trends and patterns and to allow for more accurate forecasting and staffing. Additionally, the Specialist will create and maintain performance data for the whole of Customer Care to aid in performance management. </p> <p> </p> <p>Is this you?
