You own the full cycle: find the opportunity, document the process, quantify the value, and make the case for what should change. You’ll work directly with department leaders, frontline employees, and the AI team to make sure the highest-impact work gets prioritized.The best person for this role has a nose for inefficiency, can earn trust quickly across teams, and can distinguish between a process that should be automated and one that just needs to be reorganized.
