In this role, the Product Owner owns the backlog end-to-end—writing clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, collaborating with engineering and UX, and leveraging AI tools to work efficiently at scale. The Product Owner works under general supervision, solves problems of low to moderate complexity, and makes recommendations within established product guidelines.</span></p><h2><span style='font-family: "times new roman", serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>Independently manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the team always works on the highest-impact work</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: "times new roman", serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>Author well-structured epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatPRD, Rovo) to produce and refine backlog artifacts efficiently and at scale</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: "times new roman", serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product releases</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: "times new roman", serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>2+ years’ experience working in Agile methodology with a deep understanding of the phases of the Software Development Life Cycle; preferably in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: "times new roman", serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: "times new roman", serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>Public sector or public sector software experience desired; tax administration, short-term rental, or revenue management solutions a plus</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: "times new roman", serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Figma; experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatPRD, Copilot) to accelerate story creation and analysis</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: "times new roman", serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>Understanding and experience with technical solutions and components (APIs, Middleware, Services, SQL)</li></ul></div><h2><span style='font-family: "times new roman", serif;
